on tap at the brewpub in cernice, always glad to have an excuse for a little trip out there. The 0.4 litre glass chalice seemed larger thanks to the dull deep brown body and lasting beige, muffin-top head; loads of red grape in the aroma with some neapolitan ice cream; really dry though not extremely bitter, the citra hops contrive to leave a jammy sweetness with some caramel coating the mouth that becomes more apparent on the way down the glass. complex stuff; didn’t last on the beer menu for long but hopefully will make a return in 2013
