Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy along with some hints of yeast. Flavour is malty, grassy and slightly hoppy. Quite boring.

Cask conditioned - handpump - GBBF2007. A golden coloured beer with an off-white pudle of head. The aroma is bitter leafy grassy hops. The taste is nice and crisply hoppy. Good crunchy malt also. Tasty and with some late citric fruitiness.

June, 2007 Queens Hotel, Blaenau Ffestiniog Flowery fragrant with juicy citric flavours, finishing with earthy bitterness. Buttery - like a chardonnay with the magic addition of hops. A lovely beer.

Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, small, but quite stable lacing head; dry, grapefruity nose with a big bitter-hoppy touch; robust dry bitter flavour, light bodied; bone-dry, a bit adstringent long hoppy finish. A very well done powerful Ale.......

[Bottled at Tycoch Inn, Porthdinllaen] Between golden and amber, a bottle conditioned ale that closely resembles a cask ale. Good body but drinkable, good bitterness, long finish, quite good! I would classify it as a best bitter rather than a golden, tough

A Sim rate (Cask at The Tyddn Llwyn Hotel, Porthmadog): Gentle floral and soapy aroma. My only beef with the aroma is the fact that you have to struggle to smell it. Very nice lacing. Perfumey flavour and finish. Slightly oaky. Nice ale.

Kingdom of Fife Beer Festival Pulled amber to orange, frothy white head, good lacing. Settles to clear orangey-red. Some flowers and perhaps some pinecone. Flavour is quite bitter, slightly acdic, then to heavy bitterness. Medium bodied, lively beer. Leaves a chalky taste.
