Commercial Description:
Cask, Seasonal;
Available from mid January for St. Dwynwen's Day (25th January) and early February for St. Valentine's Day (14th February). Cwrw Santes Dwynwen / Saint Valentine's Ale is a 4.1% abv. deep red coloured best bitter. For colour and a full body a blend of pale ale malt, dark crystal malt and a hint of roasted barley are used. A delicate mix of Pioneer and Goldings hops are added to the brew for bittering, with the aroma taken care of by the wonderful Polish Lubelski hops. Whether you celebrate the Welsh or English feast day with your loved one celebrate it with a pint of Purple Moose!
