Cask, probably in Lion Tavern, Liverpool. Pours almost clear golden with a small white head. Weak caramel malty aroma, notes of lemon. Soft mouthfeel. Taste is moderate sweet caramel with a light citrussy dry bitter finish, refreshing and ok beer.

Bottle. Golden beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is gently hopped with s bitter style of beer toffeeness. The flavour is also that bitter beer toffeeness with yeasty bitterness. Overall an average golden ale, but more like a bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
