Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass. Pours a clear light golden colour with a small head that leaves a bit lasting. Smells wonderful, refreshing and sweet of elderflower and cascade hops. Tastes fairly watery, but not weak. Light hops and a slight hint of elderflower again, with light malts balancing it out slightly. Overall a great beer for the summer, very refreshing.

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Golden with a firm white head. Aromas are melon and kiwi with biscuit malts and lots of floral notes. Hay with herbal honey and lemon. Flavours are cereal malts with mellow lemon and flowery notes. Lightly nutty with melon and a peppery finish. Dry on the aftertaste. Aromatic but a little thin bodied. Decent.

On cask at Cloisters. Pours a golden colour with a thick white head. Elderflower is quite prominent all round. Mildly bitter and just a little sweet with moderate carbonation. Lovely.
