Courtesy GodOfThunder. Pours a ruby red grapefruit color, still in body and lightly syrupy looking. Thin sheeting coats the glass slightly. The nose is straight up cranberry jelly from the can, tangy and sweet, with nothing more or less. A little bit of honey comes through in the flavor, but sweet and sur cranberry dominates. There is a hint of blueberry within as well. Light and watery on the palate, with a semi-dry finish, the mouthfeel just doesn’t work for a mead. This one does not impress.

Bottle... GSRARO Throwdown... Hazy, rose-colored mead with no legs. Cranberries are very pronounced in the very sweet, fruity aroma. I’m pulling notes of sourmash and oak as well. Medium-bodied with an astringent mouthfeel and a whisper of carbonation. Tart and tannic with lots of cranberry essence. Acidic, astringent, bone-dry finish. Thanks go out to PhillyBeer2112 for sharing the bottle!

Berry red color. Aroma straightforward mix of honey and cranberry, a touch of acetone. Lightly sweet. Lingering cranberry juice tartness. Seems like there was a wee hint of fizz?

bottle thanks to blutt59. light purple pour with no head. nose of cranberries and honey. very easy on the palate with a huge cranberry flavor with a cranberry bite in the finish. as it warms though the cranberry really mellows out and makes this a superb cranberry mead.

Pours effervescent, clear pink/ruby. Aroma is tart cranberry, honey, and slight booze. Flavor is honey, really tart cranberry, and slight apple with only a little booze. Mouthfeel is extremely dry, slightly bubbly and very nice. Overall this is one of the better meads I have ever tried. I am going to seek out the rest of their meads now!
