Dark golden pour with small white head. Floral slight pine big hop aroma. Strong upfront malt flavor contributes to nice palette and balances the hop flavors and bitterness that follow through the finish. Hop flavors are tropical fruit and grapefruit. Nice bitter lingers in the finish. Very nice IPA.

On tap at Frisco. Pours copper/orange color with a white head. Nice citrus aroma with tropical fruit and grapefruit. Thick mouthfeel. Big sweet citrus start followed by mango and pineapple flavors and finishing with a bitter grapefruit and pine bitterness. Really nice IPA. Great way to celebrate my birthday.

lamas (1367) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 27, 2014
Draft at Frisco Taphouse & Brewery, Columbia, MD. Arrived at the table a hazy copper with a skim of a beige head. The well-balanced aroma featured pine, grapefruits, citrus rinds, and caramel. Went down relatively medium-bodied. The taste was as equally balanced as the aroma - a fair amount of caramel maltiness upfront with plenty of bitter grapefruits and zesty citrus rinds at the end. Simple, solid stuff.

Pours thick mostly unclear honey amber with a big creamy beige head. Aroma is phenomenal, citrus and sweet hoppy notes, lime. Flavor is almost as good as the nose, crispy citrus hop notes they end with a sublte bitter bite, just right!
