From tap at the brewpub. It’s pearly, golden and has a creamy, white and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, fresh baked bread, biscuits, flower and fruit, and the finish is dry. It’s very, very nice pils in a perfect balance.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass, dry. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Sweet and somewhat grainy aroma with malty notes. Flavour had grassy hops, malt and caramel notes. Finished dry and bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours pale with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and grassy. Fruity and crisp hoppy flavoured. Bitter and mild mellow grassy finish. Smooth and easy.

0.5 l bottle. Golden color with small head. Malty, honeyish and herbal aroma. The flavor is firmly malty and honeyish with medium bitterness and , herbal-fruity hops. The bitterness is a bit rough.

(bottle) A bit hazy, pale golden with a medium-sized foamy white head. Herbal, slightly grassy hoppy nose with a light-sweet malty blend. Bitter, slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Soft grainy, strawy taste, backed with herbal hops; rather malt-accented, slightly bitter and hoppy finish. Smells like a Pils, but tastes more like a Helles. Clean and pretty likable brew.
