3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at the alehouse. Pours a slightly hazy bronzed pale amber. Loose creamy whitish head. Mild fruity nose, showing some light pine and grapefruit, along with a bit of butter. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toasty caramel mid palate with butter, pine, and a bit of resin; slick resiny finish.

0.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 1/20
Folks at 99 bottles told me this one was worth a try. I will be the judge of that...
Light amber ale with a central dome of fine light cream and a rim of the same. Smells of, um, of, peanut butter?! Sweet acetone and esters (?), plastic and something sweet and chemical. Horrid nose. Flavor with bitterness and alcohol, some more peanuts. Medium bodied with hi carb and a disappointingly long finish that reminds me of the detriment in the glass. Really a poor beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nice citrus skin, grapefruit and white pepper on the nose. Pale malts, a little grain, and a touch of caramel. Pours golden amber, nice head and lace. The flavor has a good dose of grapefruit and white pepper to start followed by pale malts sweetness, a litle grain, and some light caramel sweetness. Nice lasting citrusy hop bite. A nice IPA with great drinkability and good hop flavor.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
A: Poured a light orange color with good carbonation and a nice white cap, some lacing and bubbles remain after a few minutes
S: Some floral and citrus notes dominate the nose
T: Starts with an imeediate light citrus character backed with a hint of floral notes. It has a subtle amount of bitterness, pretty clean and dry. Finishes up with a light hop bite, citrus and perhaps some bread or oats.
M: Light bodied, well carbonated
O: Average for the style consiering the amount of great IPA’s flooding the market.

Light Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Light hops aroma with a nice malt backing. The citrus hops flavor comes out nicely with a good bitter finish. The malt has a roast bready flavor. This is a very nice IPA and I look forward in watching these guys grow. Lots of passion with this brewery.
