Eh? Not my favorite, to me it just seems kind of typical. Nothing really stands out in my opinion. A bit of spice, fruit and wheat...thats it. I will finish my sixer, but probably wont buy again.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Soonah (1120) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - SEP 18, 2008
Slightly brown, slightly red, the head was almost off-white, fizzy and produced minimal lacing. The aroma was malt, dry wheat and some fruit. The flavor was like a light dopplebock. Banana came through with some malt and slight wheat dryness. The mouthfeel was thin and the finish was fairly dry.

Unfiltered orange with large quickly disappearing beige head. Aroma of spicy yeast, wheat, and cereal. Taste of caramel, yeast, sweet malt, lemon and wheat. Creamy body is a bit thin but it packs a nice crisp spicy finish. Middle of the road (at best) wheat beer.

Listed as Pyramid Amber Ale at the Ale House inside the Oakland Airport (on Tap). Not really appealing to drink. Pours a murky/muddy brown color with a small, off-white head. Aroma of wheat and amber/caramel malts. Taste is a nutty wheat beer with a bit of metal on the finish. Watery and fizzy.
2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 scooterbub (667) - Lander, Wyoming, USA - JUL 17, 2008
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy red-caramel color with a large beige head that completely fades away rather fast. Aroma is of yeast, wheat, alcohol and is sort of sweet. Taste is similar, but malt is present. Not a bad beer as it is inexpensive, but it was pretty hard to pour. It would probably be better if I had a fresher batch or if it was on tap.
