unclemike (258), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA Jul 25, 2008 Bright hazy orange with an orange-kissed white head. Big mouth-watering fresh apricot aroma (if you like apricots). Good apricot fruit with a solid soft malt base, smooth mouthfeel, and a slightly salty finish (sounds weird, but it really made this beer work for me). Apricot beers can be hit and miss for me, and I thought this one was delicious kenb (924), Oregon, USA Jul 22, 2008 12 oz bottle via Roth’s. Pours a dirty hazy reddish gold with an average white head. Nose is such a strong peach/apricot that i get nothing else. Taste is also a strong apricot, with some malt, yeast, hops underneath..waaaay underneath. This is all apricot and wheat. Light body and high carbonation. Would be much better with less carbonation. SynergyXJ (395), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA Jul 22, 2008 Bottle, #389 Hazy orange pour with a small white head. Aroma and flavor of apricots, hmmm.... Definitely good for a fruit beer. Russo (434), Campinas, Brazil Jul 18, 2008 Bottled at Old Chicago, Omaha, NE. What beer!!! The dark yellow color, with a orange merged with yellow head. Aroma is real apricot is so sweety and good smell, just trying to get the real sensation. Flavor is sweety malt, notes of apricot of corse. The mouthfeel is sweet and amazing!!! That it is definetely a decent fruit beer. Good one!! zombywoof (276), Shawnee, Kansas, USA Jul 15, 2008 A decent fruit beer- strong malt profile with an ever present background of apriicot and some floral notes. The apricot comes across as natural and not too sweet. Good grilling on the patio beer.
