jedimasternick (89), Tucson, Arizona, USA Nov 25, 2002 A smooth brew that is not too feminine but actually lighter on the apricot than I had expected.
phishpond417 (1360), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Aug 20, 2008 sampled from bottle: pours a cloudy orange colour with a medium white top. Aroma is pleasent, light, inviting and fresh- plenty of apricot and peach aroma. Taste is fruity, apricot flavored (duh) and delightfuly carbonated. roder_60 (864), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 18, 2008 Pours a hazy bright darker orange color with super quick dissapating head that completely vanishes. Aroma is some sweet sugared apricots. Flavor is bitter apricot and a bit of wheat sweetness. Bad aftertaste. skoisirius (450), Seattle, Washington, USA Aug 14, 2008 Somehow, this is one of the very few Pyramid brews left that I still enjoy. The fairly forward push of real apricot flavors sucker my little tastebuds into bliss. Not the greatest of the palate smashers, but on a hot day in the summer (when it’s available), it really can hit the spot. jvmiller (273), Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, USA Aug 14, 2008 Had a very pretty strong apricot flavor, which was surprising. Other than that, it was weak on the finish and dry/watery. Tasted like their crystal weizen with apricot in it. The fruit seemed like an addition, and didn’t mingle with the rest of the beer. bigscroggs (5), Grand Prairie, Texas, USA does not count Aug 8, 2008 Very full and fruity aroma. Nice color, hazy. medium head-white. Apricot was not overwhelming. I don’t usually drink fruit beers, or any weizens for that matter, but this one left a favorable impression on me. I will definitely be sampling other beers from this brewery.
