A unique dark Belgian style ale that unfolds with each savory sip. Aged with chocolate and cherries, this complex yet smooth offering is brewed with Inglemunster yeast and features hints of phenolic clove and a subtle bubble gum nose.

Aroma: Dark malt and Belgian aromas with light cherry and chocolate lingering.
Appearance: Light Brown in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: A very nice brew with a dark malt flavor the fruit was subtle and the chocolate was very light. This was a nice brew.
Palate: Dry fruity finish, with a good Belgian Mouthfeel.
Overall: A very nice brew. The fruit was too light and the chocolate was very light I wish they had ore in the aroma and flavor. But overall I would drink again.
