2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
"This one was ok as well. Aroma a little nutty, with a touch of caramel and citrusy hops, but you had to work for it. Flavor is almost dead on with the nose. Average body, average beer."

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
A little odd to me. Quite roasty, maybe too much. Would probably pass on it next time. Not off putting I guess, just didn’t do much for me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance has a dark ruby red color supporting a dissipating head leaving nil lace. Smell of the roasted malt upfront leaving the hops in the back. Taste of the roasted specialty malt with enough sweetness and hop to blend it. Mouthfeel is medium light with good carbonation. Not great, but a good Irish red.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from the Spring mixer. Nose is extremely yeasty, and actually ends up being closer to a saison than anything else I’ve smelled recently. Taste is a little sour up front, but then finishes off with some toasty bread malty sweetness. Odd beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Off white head rises up to about a 1/2" and dies back immediately... the brew is clear deep copper/cherry wood....
Nose is clean dark toast... fermented out caramel essence.
Flavor mirrors the aroma with something that reminds me just a tiny bit of roasted malt... crisp and clean with just enough malt sweetness to make this crushable... medium/light body with light carbonation.
Pretty authentic... no diacetyl like many Continental brothers.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
expired from bi-lo, nice smell, almost of ginger...but fairly mild...hints of wild/sour fermentation in the smell and taste...good!!...crisp carbonated finish with lingering sourness that is just right

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle:   Deep amber, slightly dull from some sediment, large frothy sandy head, little lacing.   Soft pine and pith nose.   Has a slight rye aspect?   Sweet bready malts, almost whole wheat, with some sweet citrus
peel and pith.   Not what I was expecting for an Irish Ale.   Backside seems a little peaty.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Moderate breadiness on the finish, touch of caramel, mild peat, pale toasted malts, with
soft citrus peel and pith bitterness.   Not bad, but pretty pedestrian.
