Commercial Description:
Copper in color and big in taste, this robust well-balanced Amber Ale is the perfect yard work companion. Broken Rake's noble hop finish elegantly balances the assertive malt overtones, making it a great way to welcome Autumn.

Hops: Hallertau Hersbrucker

Light malty/bocky nose, bready nose & flavor, not exactly bold or assertive, just an above-average outing that manages to keep one’s attention.

Amber colored brew with a nice caramel malt nose with a touch of floral/citrus hops. Smooth and sweet initially followed by a soft floral/citrus blast. The malt is smooth and nice. The hops are simply there for balance.

12oz bottle: pours amber brown with decent off white head, aroma is slightly hoppy along with some malt back bone, slightly watered down but a pretty good simple drinker.

A light malty aroma. Quite a bit of caramel in the aroma. Not aggressive in the flavor. Quite sweet with a bit of strength in the finish and a coatingness to it.

Pours a reddish amber color, with small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and sweet malts. Tastes sweet and malty (no surprise) and is pretty smooth. Pretty well balanced. I really enjoyed this beer, and though I wish it were available year round, it tastes like fall.
