Poured out of a 12oz bottle into an ale glass. Blond color with a bit of amberness. Decent head with very little Brussel lace up the side of the glass. Bubbles die down quickly. Not much of an aroma. A tad smokey. Some fruitiness like green apple and pear. Roasted malt and wheat. Some smoke and grain alcohol. A bit of sourness on the finish. A refreshing and drinkable beer. Well-carbonated. A decent hefeweissen. I enjoyed drinking it.

Pours orange with a small foamy head. Aroma of fruits, orange and spices. Taste is quite a lot hoppier and maltier than in German hefeweizens. Hints of orange, spices and fruits. Slightly sticky and fruity finish.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with large bubble on the side of the glass and a small white head. Aroma has a modest wheat and light orange fruitiness. Flavor has a modest wheat, some light spice, orange citrus and some mild grassy notes late in the tasting. Body is light with a smooth feeling. Overall a an okay brew. Nothing stands out but there’s nothing offensive at all. Just a bit on the plain side.

Extremely good with Lime. Very untraditional tho. I loved this beer until trying Widmer Bros. Hefeweizen

Poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy straw color with white head. Aroma is a bit cidery. Flavor is bland wheat with a light citrus background. Light bodied and fairly carbonated. Overall this just left me longing for a better hefeweizen...

22 nov 2011, tap. Peach/orange and fairly hazy. Softy really faint banana bread. Soft and sweet. Thin and fizzy. Very crisp and cold so favors are muted. Kind of spicy wheat beer. Meh. A bit of CO2

Pours cloudy orange with a decent head. The aroma is light sweet wheat notes, not enough. The flavor has sweet and light bready notes with just a hint of a zesty twang to round out a decent body.
