Flaske utenfor Gml.Strand Øllager, delt med Einar: "The standard by which all other wheat beers are judged" påstår de frekt på etiketten. Det er bare kjekke markedsføringsgutter som greier å komme lengre fra sannheten, dette er virkelig tynenne saker. Lite aroma kombinert med beskjeden smak og totalt fravær av ettersmak. Truly a waste of time and money.

This is an okay american hefe. Wheaty and a mild. A tiny bit of citrus, but mostly just watery.

355ml bottle - Poured a hazy orange colour with a foam white head. Maybe a little lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is grain, grass, wheat, and citrus. Flavour is all the same with some citrus.

Decent for a heffeweizen. Light yellow with fruity notes. Had this on draft at Pyramid Brewery by Safeco field.

On tap. Pours a cloudy light gold/orange color with a small fluffy white head. Aroma of wheat, malts, and citrus. Taste of tart citrus and wheat.

Bottle from Beer Hawk. Light golden colour, poured with a thickish white layer of foam. So far so good. Doesn’t smell of too much. Hmm doesn’t taste of too much either. It’s not completely unpleasant, but does taste a bit like an adjuncty lager. Nothing finish. As a beer, disappointment. As a cold drink, passable.

Bottle from beersofeurope.co.uk. Dirty cloudy orange with no head. Watery taste with no duration. Hardly any aroma - slight malt. Really not deserving of the hefeweizen tag - more a dirty coloured pale lager.

Pours a hazy gold with a good white head. Some classic wheat beer aromas - banana and, funnily enough, wheat. Taste is OK, not much to impress you with though. Light body, bit thin, lively carbonation. OK.

Bottle. Poured a bright, hazy straw with a medium-sized white head. Aroma and flavor were lots of grain, fake-tasting banana, bitter citrus. Awful -- drain pour. Very disappointed -- I expected much better from Pyramid.

Bottle, from Rhythm & Booze, Brigg. Hazy gold, moderate and sustained white head and gentle condition. Gentle peppery spiciness, slight caramel and banana in the nose, soft and sweet in the mouth with a muted spicy yeastiness and low banana ester notes, lingering sweet yeastiness in the finish with a brief tingle of bitterness.
