Botella. Hazy orange like, medium rather short lasting white like head. Fruit wheaty soft aroma, mild banana. Ok mouthfeel. Rather mild flavour, fruitish wheaty, bit maltiness, mild bitterness. Hmm needs more in aroma and flavour.

This is your average hefe. Light yellow body and a white head. Flavor is refreshing and clean. Smooth and pretty malty. Good on a hot day for sure...but there are better.

Murky, deep golden brew. “Blink and you miss it” head.
The nose is of caramel, banana and clove.
Yeasty, beefy and lightly fruity in flavor. Some honey in there too.
Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Lengthy, lightly sweet finish with hints of oak.
An odd hefe, this one.

This is a good ’burger beer’. I skipped the lemon probably because that’s how Corona tries to disguise the fact that there is no flavor. That was almost the case here, but this was a refreshing, glossy-smooth drink that tasted good ice-cold.

On tap at The Taphouse, pours a hazy golden orange. Weak flavour of wheats and citrus. Not a good hefe.

Doesn’t resemble a Hefeweizen in the least. The style needs to be changed here pronto.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
This is no hefeweizen! Cloudy yellow beer with thin white head. Flavour is wheaty with a nice lemony citrus. No esters of clove or banana. Crisp finish but still fairly uninteresting.

Bottle. Light sour lemon and wheat aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with nice head. Slight sour lemon and wheat malt flavor. Boring and bland.

Pour out of 12 oz can, this is unfiltered? Very clear orange pour with thin white head, aroma has notes of slight biscuity and bready malt, some hints of spice and earth notes as as well. Taste is a rather disappointing mix of biscuity bread, slight grassy earth notes, ever so slight touch of spice, finishing fairly clean. This would actually be a good helles or cream ale, but lacks in the hefe flavors.
