Right up there with Paulaner as the best hefeís iíve tried. Donít insult it with a lemon.

Being addicted to German Weizen after living there this summer i had been deprived because none of the ones i so loved are licensed in Wyoming. I found this one in town and it reminded me of Franziskaner pretty vividly. Itís not quite as good, but it is very close. I know what will be in my fridge from now on!! Thank you Pyramid!

Lots of subpar ratings here, but I was excited by this one -- maybe it was the setting -- just gotten off the plane and was hot as hell. Had on tap at American Cafe -- was beautiful hazy orange, lemon was not needed at all great citrus taste in the beer -- not overly yeasty, perfect balance. I really enjoyed this -- and before I knew it -- I had three down the hatch. Great marks all around -- donít know when Iíll have it again tho -- hard to find down here.

Very nice beer. Tastes like a real bavarian "Hefeweizen". Only the classic head is missing.

Stubby bottle. Cloudy orange with a thick white cloud of a head. Wheat and banana with a dash on honey on the nose. Lots in the mouth, with honeys, banana, some peach and more wheat. Finish imparts yet more honey and is incredibly pleasant to sup. Smooth, easy drinking.
