Thank god this insn’t listed as a Hefeweizen because I was about to rip it a new one. Pours a cloudy golden color with a medium to large sized soapy/fluffy white head. Looks decent. Nose is sour and grassy. Some banana esters, but nothing on the level of a hefe. Taste is acidic, carbonated, grassy, wheat like, and just generally unbalanced and harsh on the palate. Boooooooo.

Oct 13, 2008 Cloudy golden, thin diminishing head, releasing spicy aroma of yeast, wheat. Flavor of crisp wheat and spicy hops. Smooth, mildly bitter with a clean, dry finish. Refreshing brew.

Oct 6, 2008 This beer is amazing of the tap, not so much in the bottle. Pours a hazy orange. The taste is bitter, you get a lot of wheat and some spice. It’s one tasty brew, especially with a wedge of lemon or my all time favorite, Hefeweizen with a wedge of orange, it really brings out the flavor.

Oct 3, 2008 From bottle. Pours hazy orange colored with a short lived head. Refreshing on a hot summer day. Nnot complex but serves its purpose. Citrus and wheat aromas and flavors.
