Poured a hazy yellow with a slightly foamy head. Aromas of wheat and yeast, not too much citrus like other hefeweizens. Taste was pretty good, but could use more citrus flavor. Very smooth overall.

Oct 6, 2008 This beer is amazing of the tap, not so much in the bottle. Pours a hazy orange. The taste is bitter, you get a lot of wheat and some spice. It’s one tasty brew, especially with a wedge of lemon or my all time favorite, Hefeweizen with a wedge of orange, it really brings out the flavor.

Oct 3, 2008 From bottle. Pours hazy orange colored with a short lived head. Refreshing on a hot summer day. Nnot complex but serves its purpose. Citrus and wheat aromas and flavors.

Sep 19, 2008 Aroma kind of reminds me citrus vomit, sorry to be gross. Pretty light flavored hefe. Beautiful color though

Sep 18, 2008 Very dry, vinous brew the color of transparent orange juice. Yeasty smell that lingered during the course of the drink and sort of overwhelmed the flavor at times. Strong malted wheat flavor, but otherwise a very dry hefeweizen, unusual for the style. Also quite bland. Drinkable, but the amber-weizen is much preferable to this one.
