22oz bottle. 2007 Reserve (pulled from the back of my fridge!). Poured a golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of cloves, wheat, and lighter bananas. Tastes of the same. Actually not too bad for a ’07 Hefe that has been sitting in the fridge long forgotten.

22 ounce bomber. Hazy yellow with a white head. Looks like a classic unfiltered wheat beer. Smooth and drinkable for the alcohol content..

May have kept this too long. 2007 bottle. Pour dark yellow with a big foamy head. Nose of banana and alcohol. Light in body with lively mouthfeel. Flavor is bananas and clove. Seemed to have lost its pop but for a four year old unfiltered hefe it was not bad.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2011 650 ml bottle. From Calgary, AB, Canada.
Hazy orange colour with small off-white head. Malt, caramel, yeast and wheat in aroma. Some bitterness, yeast, wheat and strong Bock-like maltiness in flavour. Alcohol warmth.

Strong banana and phenols on aroma. Hazy hay color with foamy white head. Fruity flavor of bananas and hefe yeast with slight tart bitterness on the finish. Lighter body with fizzy carbonation. Definitely a hefe, but the alcohol tempers the esters.

Great beer! Hard to find though. Again I found this one at Tacoma boys in puyallup. This beer is one of my favorite pyramids

On tap at TCBF, pours hazy golden yellow. Aroma and flavour of wheat, citrus, banana and something else I can’t put my finger on (some odd spice). Great for Pyramid’s standard.

Bottle. Cloudy orange, lowish head. Quite peach and clementine aroma, also light paintthinner. Medium body, solid, light sparkly mouthfeel. Somewhat estery fruit notes, warming alcohol, grainy wheat base. Light orangepeel yeast aftertaste. Fairly simple brew, does not quite manage to convince me.
