Jan 13, 2005 Unfortunately the last beer of my night at Pyramid in Sacramento. Waitress mentioned it in the end and it wasnt on the menu.
Light amber color, medium head that lingered a bit. Not much lacing. Aroma of sweet malt. A bit grainy tasting initially, filled out with sweet malt finish. Very nice

May 10, 2003 Probably the best beer I've had from Pyramid. Medium amber color with a full head. Clean, malty aroma with a touch of roast. Great malty flavor. Subtle hop presence. Slight graininess. Nice beer.
