Jun 26, 2004 Pale yellow, slight haze and a thin but creamy white head. Prominant orange citrus with a subtle spiciness underneath. Flavour is also wheaty with lots of orange and a faint bubble gum sweetness. Would have been good if not for a cardboardy flavour that ruined the balance.

Jun 17, 2004 Tap@Pyramid Alehuse. Lemon and coriander tang. Pretty clean, thin uncomplex and easy to drink, wasn;t nasty though, bit sweet.

Aug 4, 2003 Pale blonde with a nice head. Aromatic coriander zing moreso than most wit's with wheat emphasized as well. A sprinkling of orange curls the aroma. The flavor reflects the aroma with an excellent coriander profile. Honey drops on the palate with some dryness. A throughly tasty witbier treat.
