RSRIZZO (1027), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Nov 29, 2007 Had this beer on 7/8/1999, back then the brewery named Hart Brewing and was in Seatlle. Color is medium brown with good carbonation and light head. Aroma is a nice dark roasted malt scent. Taste is a malty and bitter. It starts with a medium body that goes down with rich roasted malt flavor. The finish is a mild bitterness with no noticeable hop flavor. Overall I feel it a nice beer, but its more like a Brown Ale than a Pale Ale. bitbucket (1572), Kirkland, Washington, USA Nov 24, 2007 On tap at the SoDo brewery. Pours clear bright amber with a lacy white head. Medium body. Fruit and nut aroma and taste. kp (6300), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Sep 14, 2008Date: 06/18/1996

mikey (321), farmington, Utah, USA Aug 29, 2007 Poured a nice amber/ruby color with an off white head that starts big then resides to average. The nose was bready, malty and piney with a hint of orange zest. The taste was sweet caramel, roasted malt, rye and cherry with citrusy hop esters at the finish. Very good. Tasty as hell. hombrepalo (507), Chicago, Illinois, USA Aug 29, 2007 Updated: Apr 1, 2008Not bad for a pale ale. Light aroma with hoppy taste. Consider it above average. Enjoyed it on a summer day.
