Birra speciale , fatta di 6 diversi tipi di cereale. alla cieca ne ho beccati 4, orzo & frumento (perchè assomiglia ad una keller al primissimo assaggio), segale per il colore e la schiuma,e avena (per la nota dolciastra). Dichiarandomi sconfitto ho scoperto che gli altri 2 erano spelta e farro. Gusto pieno e intenso, profumi di lievito e lievemente fruttati (mela-banana). Finale secco che invita alla beva.

Pours a dark copper colour with a large foamy head. Aroma of grainy malts, grassy hops and bread. Rather rich flavour of strong bready malts, caramel, salty licorice, grassy hops and some mild chocolate notes. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Interesting.

Bottle @ benzai thx to joes. Hazy orange to copper with a small white head. Smells malty, raisins, brown sugar. Tastes malty, sweet, just... Mehhh. Thin body, soft carbo.

Bottle from Famila, pours a cloudy brown with a big off-white head. (Pour carefully if you don’t like your beer chewy...) Grainy funky aroma is interesting yet not quite pleasant. There’s a lot of different flavours here, nothing quite stands out though. Earth, bread and grain notes, plus something vegetal. A little bitterness in the aftertaste.

Milky amber colour with steady head and medium body. Nose of malt. Taste of wholegrain bread, malt, sourness and buttermilk. Easy to drink but it just ain’t really that great. Little bit too dull, too boring and too sour and too dusty. But otherwise, it is okay.

Smak z poczatku malo wyrazisty, poszczegolne slody ciezko rozroznic, troche po przelknieciu pikantne i szczypiace w jezyk, ale finisz najwspanialszy, po prostu orzech, chleb i tp.
