Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, citricness, yeast and mildly bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and mildly bitter.

Ein wundervolles Weizen wie es untypischer kaum sein könnte. Es geht runter wie Öl, hat ausgewogene Kohlensäure und ist mild in den Aromen. Wundervoll, mild, sehr süffig.

Light milky orange-golden colour with steady head and medium body. Nose of yeast. Taste of mild, elegant and gentle yeast, orange peel, thyme, mild hops/grains and warm hay on the fields. Very easy to drink, nice fruity and not too yeast-overwhelmed. Way better than expected, thumbs up.

500ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with firm, average, frothy to creamy, lasting, lacing, white head. Wheaty and yeasty, minimally spicy aroma with hints of citrus and a cautious touch of peach. Taste is wheaty, yeasty, minimally dry and tart, minimally unspecific fruity.

Ein HW aus Franken, dass keine sonderlichen Höhen noch Tiefen zu verzeichnen weis. Es ist typ. erfrischend fruchtig im Antrunk und weist citrusartige Fruchtnoten auf; später gesellt sich noch die obligatorische Bananennote dazu. Richtige Höhepunkte hat dieses HW allerdings keine. Gut zum Durstlöschen, befriedigend im Geschmack!

Screw-top cap on a bottle by 22.11.12. Stale wheat nose with some yeast, pours hazy golden with a dense, tiny-bubbled white head. Light body, taste is quite sweet with sparkling yeast and citrus, no mineral, and a lightly bready finish. Have had Kellerbiere on tap at brewpubs that were similar (and that’s not a bad thing).
