Apr 9, 2007 (screw-cap-bottle) The lighter “sister” of the Angerwirtsweizen by Pyraser: Hazy, light-orange colour with a fluffy and stable foamy white head. Light-sweet, yeasty and wheaty aroma with notes of cloves and a light citrus-fruity touch. Light-sweet, sourish flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Light wheaty and fruity taste, almost watery but refreshing, slightly acidic finish. Not bad.
