COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

0,5 l bottle with that awful typical Pyraser twist lock. Unclear pale golden, big white creamy longlasting crown. Light malty und hopy on the nose. Starts with malt and floral hops. Dry watery middle part followed by a nice light hope herb and bitterness. Low citrus hints. Nice one!

500ml bottle. Aroma is floral, grass, light citrus. Appearance is clear yellow with a frothy white head. Taste is bitter and light sweet. A bit dryness and unpleasant mouth feel. A little bitterness stays. OK-ish.

(Pyraser Hopfenpflücker Pils) Bottle with a screw cap, 500 ml at home, served into a footed pilsner glass, ABV 5% Pale golden yellow colour on the body, a tad hazy, good activity in the glass. A bit less than two fingers of white, soapy head, with average retention, leaving light lacing on the glass. Aroma of grains, lemon zest, barley, light straw. Nice taste, light grains, again some lemon zest/citrus, light noble hops. Medium thin body, good carbonation, good dryness on the palate. Quite good.

500ml bottle served in a Weizen glass. Best before 17.09.2014. Bought in Italy, Treviso’s area at a nice beer shop called "Il Regno di Gambrinus". A: Pours a very pale yellow color. Slightly hazy with lots of very thin particles floating inside. Forms a beautiful white, creamy and thin bubbled head. Solid, fizzy witb good retention and lots of soapy lacings formed and left in the glass S: Great hops bouquet. Citrus german-style hops. Very earthy and bready in the nose. Strong notes of pale malts T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of pale malts, earthy yeasts and citrus hops. A simple but deliciously well done beer. Quite crispy. Mild hops bitterness M: Light and extremely smooth body. Good carbonation. Bready and flowery aftertaste O: Excellent drinkability. Once again, one of those simple but absolutely well done german beers. And I’ve bought only one bottle, damn it! [ BA Review @ 10/25/2013 ]

Bottle, 5.0%. Mild citric hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour, sparkling. Small stable white head. The flavour has a good citric hoppiness and an OK breadiness to balance. Not very bitter, but flavourful. Rustic and good. Slightly swelling mouthfeel. Chalky finish. The hopiness makes it seem more like a mild IPA than a pils.
