Ins Glas ergießt sich ein rötlich braunes Bier mit geringer aber schönen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, Karamell, minimal würzig. Geschmack angenehm röstmalzig, würzig, gering schokoladig.

Bottled, 0.5 l. Beautiful ruby brown colour with a whipped creamy pff-white head on its top. Nose of molasses and hints of dried fruits. Aroma brings the same combined by brown bread, mouthfeel is oily (and somewhat sticky), which make it easy drinkable. Sweetbitter, nutty-hoppy finish underpainted by some alcoholy notes. Balanced, tasty.

500ml bottle. Clear mahogany colour with average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Intense malt aroma with a nuttily touch, hints of nougat, some toast, cocoa. Taste is dark malty with a nuttily touch, hints of nougat, cocoa, black cherries, subtle sweetness, minimally grassy hoppy overtones; minimally thin and watery. Bears resemblance to a Brown Ale concerning the nutty flavours. Really nice.

50 cl bottle. Dark amber to red color, nice offwhite head, lasting. Nose is of roasted malts. Aroma focused on roasted malts, a bit grainy, dark bread, softly spicy. Some caramel also but doesn’t make it to sweet or sticky. Reminds me of some Bitter ales, with an aromatic hoppy edge. Texture is simple, body is light to medium, moderate carbonation. It was pleasant.
