Bottle, cloudy dark amber with a tight white head and a bready and slightly apricot fruity nose, more bread on the palate plus a little spice, faint touches of caramel toffee and mineral water. Seems almost unhopped until a light hoppy bitterness appears in the finish. It tastes thin at first, but gradually grows on you.

Una birra piacevole e piena di sapore con una leggera nota di malto e un piacere amaro di luppolo.birra chiara non filtrata. Discreta carbonazione, molto beverina.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Again another quaffy and classy one from Pyraser. Simple in the aroma but full in the taste with a nice body. Thumbs up.

Light milky orange colour with steady head and medium body. Nose of dark bread. Taste of mild hops, ripe grains, low malt, fields, light caramel and green nuts. Easy to drink, very quaffable and mild. Nice one.

0,5l bottle. Aroma has malt and yeast, some grass. Flavor has same elements. A very light beer. One of the worst kellerbiers I have tasted.

Gorgeous beer. Nice dark copper color with airy and sticky beige head. As its unfiltered some sediment pours out at the end, introducing some swirly clouds into the brew. Aroma is caramel and toffee, taste is a little lighter mix of malt , caramel and faint hoppiness. This turned out much better than I expected.

spicy / grassy German hop nose with accents of chocolate chip cookie dough malt and similarly doughy yeast. carbonation is a bit harsh and the malt texture is rough and minerallic. there are flavors of spicy mushroom and soggy wood in addition to the more basic baked bread / dough and lightly grassy German hop flavors. it does have a beautifully toasty cookie malt character when it warms and opens somewhat, though it grows just a tad burnt and husky. thankfully the nose opens up into an exquisite combination of dried grass and rustic malt, but it’s the texture which sadly falls off - it becomes a tad too watery and the minerallic / gravel roughness seems to grow as well. a typical middle-of-the-road kellerbier from a brewery which seems to have a low ceiling in terms of quality.

Bottle. Dark golden, cloudy, small and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty and sweetish aroma with some bread and light caramel, light roasted malt. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some bread with light caramel. Finish is average, malty and sweetish with some bread, light caramel and light roasted malt. Sweet Kellerbier with bread and caramel - not for me.

Pours orange/yellow with a large foamy head. Aroma has notes of wheat, malts and earthy herbs.

(50 cl bottle) Murky brass-coloured, hazy, with a foamy head. Smells grainy with a hint of honey. Aroma of hay, straw and yeast, maybe apples or pears, and a bready maltiness. Light bitterness, a touch of sourness. By far not as good as theit Hopfenpflücker Pils, but not bad either.
