3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled 50cl. Deep murky copper with a huge creamy, nicely lasting head. Sourish nose which is reminiscent of barnyard, cress, mushrooms and pop corn. Chocolate sneaking in. Some sediment. Leathery. Medium bodied. Creamy palate. Slightly acidic. Yeast accented. Some lacework. Pleasant dryish finish which makes you eager to take another sip. Very rural and quite pleasant.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Mittleres Bernstein, leicht trüb, mittelprächtiger Schaum. Minimal hefige Note, dafür sehr brotig, auch etwas muffig. Hefig-säuerlicher Antrunk, dann getreidig-brotig in milder, dünner Textur. Allenfalls Durchschnitt.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, giving way to sweetish, malty notes. Slightly sourish and cardboardlike finish. Nothing special but definitely drinkable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, cloudy dark amber with a tight white head and a bready and slightly apricot fruity nose, more bread on the palate plus a little spice, faint touches of caramel toffee and mineral water. Seems almost unhopped until a light hoppy bitterness appears in the finish. It tastes thin at first, but gradually grows on you.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Again another quaffy and classy one from Pyraser. Simple in the aroma but full in the taste with a nice body. Thumbs up.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Gorgeous beer. Nice dark copper color with airy and sticky beige head. As its unfiltered some sediment pours out at the end, introducing some swirly clouds into the brew. Aroma is caramel and toffee, taste is a little lighter mix of malt , caramel and faint hoppiness. This turned out much better than I expected.
