MiP (4951), Flensburg, Germany Jul 13, 2008 Bottle, 5.4%. Refreshingly citric aroma. Clear golden colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour has a bit of mold/horse. Mild hoppiness, sweet maltiness. Good mouthfeel. harrisoni (5121), Ashford, Kent, England Jun 6, 2008 500ml bottle at Reading BF 08. Gold, with lasting off white head. Restrained aroma, bit of yeast and grain. It’s a decent landbier in that it doesn’t do a lot, but what it does do, it does well. Some malt depth in mouth, some hop on end. Not exciting, but nothing horrible either. yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 30, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a lacing white head. Bitterhops aroma with a mild grassy touch. Flavour is smooth cornish with a good balance of bitterness. Light grassy touch and bitter into the finish. Ends dry and mild grassy. renffisch (406), london, Greater London, England Mar 6, 2008 "ein kleines dorf im frankenland ist durch sein gutes bier bekannt" unfortunately their cute saying is better than what i think of their beer. deep malty nose, golden bubbly appearance, quite sweet in flavour and fairly balanced. but forgettable. cgarvieuk (2350), Edinburgh, Scotland Feb 8, 2008 Bottle at home ... crisp clear golden yellow ... nutty sweet hop aroma ... nutty malty lager... little sweet decent depth... a lager but actually quite good at that.
