Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hard roasted malt, nutty - nutshell, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090821]

Bottle from quinns on bus to trafalger square at 3:00am. Aroma is doughy, quite a bit of biscuit and slightly chocolate malt. Taste is similar, very malty and bready.
