Bottle 50cl. Nice cloudy pale colour, small white head. Soft carbonation for a weizen. Strange compilation of ingredients, strange aftertaste. Screw-cap is an absolute no-go.

Bottle. Opalescent hazy pale banana-orange colour. Medium carbonated. Aroma after an Apple compote and alcoholic flavor. Sweet palate, fruity (apple compot, banana), spicy,vanilla-like, peppery, maybe any from barique Chardonnay? Fruity, peppery and warming alcohol finish.

(screw-cap-bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized blond foamy head. Sweet, grainy, moderately wheaty aroma with overripe citrus-fruits and a touch of vanilla. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate, almost crispy carbonation. Yeasty and wheat-malty, grainy taste with rather soft fruity notes; sweet, minimal-sour finish with notes of cereals, a light phenolic touch and an assertive fruity aftertaste with an an almost undetectable alcohol. Well-done, still refreshing Weizen-Bock.
