Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Previously brewed at 3.9%.
A real ale with a hint of continental looks, taste and aroma.
We’ve called it Quartz Blonde because of its light colour and finish.
• Light in colour
• Fresh taste to the palate
• Continental hop finish
• Clear, clean and refreshing

Cask gravity at Battersea BF 08. Gold with thin beige head. Some faint hop on aroma. OK in mouth. Some rose petal, no real hop on end. Dullish, but not unpleasant.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Battersea Beer Festival.
Standard dark gold with no head. Very sweet unbrewed malt and tea. Just overly sugary and finishes like an old teabag. Not great at all.

Cask (Peterborough BF 2007) Light amber, no head. Sweet malty aroma, and a taste to match. Not enough guts to make it exciting, but probably a good session. Unless you’re diabetic, as it was really rather sweet.

Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Bright golden. Flowery nose. Sweet and fruity with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla before a finish with average bitterness. Pleasant, but not remarkable.

Cask Stillage from the jug at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 28/07/2005 Golden coloured and hazy in appearance. Fruity and hoppy aromas. Some spicy flavour in the crisp slightly dry finish.
