Carmelly, sugary. Raisiny bitterness. Finish is watery and dry or flat. This beer leaves much to be desired and imo is not as good as some of their others. Weak on flavor and palate.

Mar 1, 2008 Hmmmmm.....although I’m not a fan of scotch ales, I’ve certainly had better than this. Watery, weak on the flavor, kinda bitter. Definitely not there best.
