3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From tap at brewery. A semi clear yellow color with thin head. Aroma was light but had piney hops. Taste was thin with piney hops and light malt. Easy drinking but not an IPA in my book.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a 32oz Growler filled hours before. Poured a golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Floral and earthy with a lighter citrus in the finish.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
On Tap. Beautiful, citrus bouquet of sweet malt and hop insanity. Quest’s Brewmaster created the original Endo IPA from Cottonwood. He can make some badass hoppy beer. Smells like centennial hops up front and an almost caramel malt back end to the aroma. The appearance is of a clear light amber with a solid two finger head that leaves lots of lacing on the glass. The bite is very smooth and just strong enough to battle off the sweet malt bill. The carbonation is spot on and the finish nice and dry.

A: Nice aroma, light, more earthy and piney.
A: Looks fine. Light yellow-golden
T: Surprisingly light. Extremely sessionable. Hops are present then fade to a more earthy note.
P: Great on the palate. Smooth, no harsh notes.
Overall this was not what I was expecting but a very nice beer. Easy drinking but still true to the IPA style. very unique and great after a run.
