Argentinas favourite beer? Guess it is no better/worse than anywhere else in the world. Skunky aroma, pale straw body with thin white head. Flavour is sweet malt, thin body, corn syrup evident. No surprises here, dissapointing as any macro brew.

A really uninspiring lager, weak aroma and flavour. Thin-bodied with a watery finish.

Um discreto toque de azeitonas no final do gole. Discreto amargor, tornando-a menos suave que as cervejas nacionais.

Poured into a pint glass. Same old pale lager straw color with a fizzy white head. No lacing. Aroma is corn syrupy sweet with little grain. Corn syrup flavored mineral water with a touch of alcohol? Blech. This is almost cheap malt liquor bad. No coincidence that the name is almost ’Kill me.’

Pale very bubbly straw yellow with a large quickly fading white head. Aroma of malt, grain, grassy hops and some sweetness. Taste is astringent and watery with malt, barley and watery aftertaste. Barely a step up from a US macro.

Plain and watery, sometimes leaves a medicine taste. It’s the usual beer for teenagers.

Tried this one at Tango, an Argentinian restaurant in Arlington, MA. Why not try a beer from Argentina with Argentinian cuisine, right? This is a perfectly non-descript beer. Pours a straw color, very carbonated, foamy snow white head. Very little aroma and very little taste. No off aromas or flavors, but just pretty bland overall. It’s wet and it’s cold, so it’s refreshing in that sense, but not much to this one.
