Bottle brown, 330 ml
Appearance: Pours pale golden, yellowish body colour, highly carbonated like a fizzy drink, head is white, quite quickly decreasing and finally almost completely disappearing, despite the small crown of froth, head is foamy in texture, there are some traces of lacing.
Aroma: Very weak notes of cereal and citruses, a bit lemony, gentle hoppyness, quite good but lacking intensity.
Flavour: Very surprisingly interesting, front has the hints of mould cheese and mould itself but very positive, assertive, old putrid wood, woody - nuty with softness ans sweetness on palate, salty, well carbonated, chewy, very interesting and well balanced, rounded flavour. I am really positively surprised due to such an interesting and unusual flavour of this exotic beer for Polish standard. It was very hard to get and the price was quite high. For this price I could have ’Chimay Blue’ but as I said, it’s still worth a try. Finish duration is medium.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery but a bit sweety, carbonation on palate is soft, finish feel is chalky, bitter and a bit sweet, well balanced flavour.

A bunch of bottles of this was bought by Kellie in Chicago, thanks. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white foamy head. The aroma was full of funky malts, and some metallic notes. The taste was pretty smooth; a basic lager, with sweet malts, some corn and a bit of bready notes. Overall, a decent pale lager for the mid-morning or 5AM.

33 bottle. Pale lager appearance, not surprising for a pale lager. Pale lager taste. A bit grassy. Average, can’t say too much.

0.33 l bottle. Pale golden color with small head. The aromas of malt, caramel and honey. Thin and dry malt flavor with honey as well as hints of paper and metal.

Bottle. To be perfectly honest, when I go out and pick up random beers the first thing I do is check their ratings on ratebeer. So when I come home to see that a beer is made by InBev, I die a little inside. Anyways. Quilmes Cerveza is a golden brew that pours a big head so if I had to do it over again I would have chosen a lager glass. If you don’t have a lager glass just use whatever you have since First of all the head dissipates in a rapid fashion and secondly I doubt this beer is hiding any mystical flavors that can be only released with the proper glassware. Besides hops there is nothing else distinctive about the aroma. Flavors of hops, a little bitterness, and a very very faint whisper of fruitiness. It is a drinkable beer ,but not one that you would drink for the sake of drinking beer.
