Quilmes Cristal

Poured golden urine with a medium fluffy head. Smells of corn and skunk. Tastes like rubber and metal, with a slight bitterness. A slight sense of satisfaction on the palate, but maybe that’s because I’m a bit thirsty. Nothing about this beer screams drink me.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Aroma of malt and brewing cereal. Medim body with malty notes and a dry, hoppy finish. A rather straight and decent Pale Lager. 011006

I love how random beers just come and go at local grocery stores in Japan. This is one of those random beers. Light golden color. Thin head. Smells like dishwashing detergent. Light mouth with corn and detergent, sour. Refreshing, but not very tastey. Like many. Another country tick.

Pours with a three finger head that fades quickly leaving no lace. Chrystal clear light amber color. Very light carbonation and light bodied. Hoppy nose. Bottle, 33cl. Pale yellow colour with a good white head somewhat stable and lively. Aroma is a little sweet, maybe because of corn and has also a small hoppiness. Watery taste, light body and a light sweetness at the end. Almost no bitterness in this beer probably because they use rice or corn instead of hops. Next!

i knew this would be another pale lager, but it was from argentia, so I had to give it a whirl. Grassy kinda sweet malt smell, good carbonation, pale gold colour, grassy taste, but not nearly as bad as a coors or bud.

Bottle thanks to an OT-Dark thread: Clear slightly hydrated urine color, with a thin white head. Aroma, stale skanky, grassiness. It smells like shitty lager. Flavor, grassy, carboard, eww. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but I’m never drinking something from argentina again.
