Blackbarrel (116), new york, New York, USA May 11, 2006 Quite a strong Citrus flavor burst when the bottle was first open. Fizzy mouth feeling, like a soda. Disappointing, accompanyment to one of the best steak plates of my life at Industria Agentina in Tribeca. I was expecting a strong flovorsome beer would come fropm a country of rich, spicy food. Bart (1625), Vosselaar, Belgium Apr 29, 2006 Very clear yellow colour, average but diminishing white head with some light carbonation. Sweet light hoppy aroma, some grasses but also some dough touches. Light body, flat with a rather sweet bitter finish that ends fast. I think to drink very cold, otherwise it’s to flatt. Beerdedone (1873), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 25, 2006 Updated: Apr 26, 2006Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, malt, typical pale lager smell. Flavor is smooth and refreshing sweet up-front with a mild bitter finish. Dhrjericho (66), Boise, Idaho, USA Apr 24, 2006 Pours a very lite yellow. Not much of an aroma and almost no taste. It reminded me an american domestic with a weird corn aftertaste. Jukkabro (2981), Tampere, Finland Apr 22, 2006 Light yellow colored, medium white head. Sweet, thin aromated beer with some corny tones. Thin to medium bodied. Corn mildly in flavor with some sweetness, also flavor is very thin. Dorwart (1807), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA Apr 19, 2006 Decent sized soda bubble head that lasts for a short duration. Light malt and corn aroma. Bit of spicey hops in there also. Color is a pale gold. Good carbonation. Clean flavor of pretty much nothing. Very light. Little malt. Light hops and nothing else. Kind of like a typical BMC. Finish is clean and crisp. Kind of like drinking cold water. What are these people thinking. Argentina’s favorite beer. Guess I am not going to Argentina. TChrome (1298), Bedford, Texas, USA Apr 7, 2006 It’s kinda sad isn’t it that so many countries export their pale lagers? Oh well. Beer pours clear pale golden with an egg white head that is modestely retained. Aroma is not as bad as might be expected. There is a some malty aromas and a fairly strong "lagered aroma". I have never been able to adequately describe this aroma, but it is frequentely presnet in good Marzen and German lagers. Flavor is more laudable for not being foul. or having the typical awful corn sweetner flavors. This is, to me, quite an enjoyable lager beer, with some malty flavor and a nice clean finish. emotv (331), Izmir, Turkey Mar 29, 2006 Absolutelly no head, Watery and empty taste. No bitterness at all.Golden colour as a lager, drinkable but try their wines, much better.
