Nice pale straw coloured lager, slightly sweet smelling with a nice hop taste, which is not overpowering, a decent lager

(bottle @ fuego, 33 cl) Pours a pale golden with no head. Aroma of skunky cereal. Taste is watery, mettalic, softly carbonated, thin. Disappointing.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, with vanishing white head, leaving faint lacing. Cereal aroma, and quite refreshing on the palate with mild hop notes. Not a bad lager.

Purchased at Bagel on Damen in Chicago, IL as part of a mix & match sampler pack; enjoyed on a cold Thursday spring pre-evening. Never tried an Argentinian beer, so I thought why not! Appearance a clear pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma primarily of corn and lager yeast. Taste pretty much the same as the aroma, not a bad beer, slightly better than any mass produced lager you’d get in the US, on par with El Presidente in the DR.

Surprised by the low ratings here. Slightly bitter and sweet malt tasty lager. Unique and full flavoured in the same genre as something like Brooklyn lager, with nice hop and malt notes and bitterness on the finish.

Canette 355 ml. 4.9%. Bue dans ma chambre de Managua au Nicaragua. Couleur jaune or, mousse blanche, bonne effervescence. Arômes de malt. Gout assez faible, un peu bizarre. Arrière gout pas très naturel.

Drier than most, bad. Pours a clear gold and has an ever so slight hop flavor and a slightly dry finish.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2012 Poured from bottle.Clear pale yellow/straw with a quickly dissipating head that leaves a thin lace around the top of the glass. Musty, skunky odor that is bread/hay. Light body with a thin texture and no particular taste that stands out. Light mix of bitter/sweet while drinking with an slightly bitter finish. Overall an unimpressive beer.
