Not much too see here. Mediocre taste, aroma, appearance and palate. I tried this beer only out of curiosity. They say itís Argentinaís favorite one beer, and that goes a long way toward explaining why that country isnít known for its brewing culture.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Light malt sweetness, fruit with some bizarre spicy mineral notes. No hops. Not terrible.

Just like any other pale lager: boring and basically tasteless and odorless except skunky corn and malt. Not the worst of its kind though.

Had this on my visit to Argentina. It is listed as Argentinaís favorite beer - and you can find it anywhere. The truth is, the people I talked to that liked beer stated that they prefer Antares, and if they donít have that as a choice, they choose Heineken or Stella. The best I can say is that the beer is cold. It is better than Bud Light, I believe. It is not more than an equivalent to a massed produce American or Canadian beer.

Another boring lager. It has a clear golden-yellow color with a white head. Tastes like sweet corn. Too watery.

355ml bottle. It is a very typical lager with sweet malty taste, very little hop at the end, but nothing other. Foam is like a soft drink. Drinkable, clear but poor.

Bottle, typical lager colour, quick vanishing head. Just another lager which I bought only to add one more country to my ratebeer statistics

0.355l bottle. Clear pale yellow body, quickly disappearing white head. The aroma is not so intense. Mostly grainy with some hay. Sweet grainy taste. Watery body. Not the best lager ever, but itís OK if itís cold.

330ml bottle poured in a chalice. A: Clear golder color with a big white head which dissipates quickly leaving almost no lacings S: Sweet grains, Honey and yeasts. The smell of corn becomes more evident as it warms up T: Sweet malt. Also honey and yeasts. Corny end. M: Very light body with a good carbonation O: Medium drinkability. Not that bad for an adjunct lager, however, the corny end compromises its drinkability [ BA Review @ 6/25/2010 ]
