Aroma: very malty and sweet; Appearance: pitch black with off white head that dissipates slowly; good lacing; Taste: better than aroma; starts sweet and malty and then finishes with some booziness and vanilla; very smooth; Palate: heavy bodied with long, sweet finish; Overall: was concerned with aroma but pleasantly surprised by flavor; would still probably not buy again.
