Commercial Description: Our version of the American Pale Ale style uses pale, caramel and dextrin malts to create a deep golden color and a medium body. Four different hops give a distinct zing to this fine ale.
On tap: Grapefruit aroma, almost no head, with a hazy amber color. Started a little sweet, and ended a little bitter.
