330ml corked bottle served in a tumbler glass. Pours a pale and slightly hazy color forming a big and creamy white head. Good retention and only few spotty lacings left in the glass. Strong notes of orange and wheat in the nose. Strong spicy notes too: coriander. Taste follows the nose. Sweet and grainy upfront. String notes of pale malts and wheat. Very smooth, creamy and bready. Light bitterness as expected. Light sour notes. Medium carbonation. Very fruity and citrus aftertaste. Great drinkability. Classic Belgian witbier. A winner.

330ml swing-top bottle as Quintine Bio-Organic from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Opens with a good shot and pours a hazy, pale golden body. Stable white head, fragile lacing. Mixed aroma of citrus and wheat. Taste of lemon, pears, wheat and bread, lightly spiced with coriander. Mild yeasty fruitiness underneath. Mid-sweet ending. Easy to drink. Accepted (Tromsø 31.05.2015).

Bottle 0,33l. Pours a murky orange color with a big, fast dissapearing white head. Aroma of a cider with its fruitiness and small sourness. Yeasty taste with notes of white pepper and citrus. Slightly sour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

alla spina ZBF 15. Aroma fruttato e speziato, arancia su tutti. Corpo medio, carbonazione non eccessiva, finale molto secco e leggermente troppo dolce

On bottle from Vinmonopolet, on order (bu). Hazy pale golden color, good foam. Medium aroma intensity; floral, fruity, citrus, some coriander-nice yeast influence. Medium body & complexity. Well balanced. Enjoyable

Robe trouble, mousse peu persistante. Nez typique avec un coté citronné et de la levure sur un fond d’épices. Bouche tout en fraîcheur, belle note citronnée, finale fraîche et équilibrée. Une belle blanche typée.

hazy yellow colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of banana, grains, hints of citruses and minimal coriander notes;taste of grains, bready notes, some banana, sourness and coriander again; not the best Belgian white, I’ve ever tasted, but drinkable
