Lively, grainy golden ale with a healthy bitterness to it. Has that Ellezelloise stamp of firm, tannic bitterness to go with a sweet, grainy corps and some alcohol showing through. Yellow-gold color with lovely bright-white foam. Nose is sweet grain with estery notes of pineapple and cilantro.

Bottle. Nothing much going on on the nose, some hints of citrus, malty notes, grassy, hay. Golden yellow, foggy, small white head. Light sweetness, light bitterness, taste is slightly lemony, hints of spice. Light body, soft carbonation, small dryness on short finish. Quite boring.

Bottle 330ml @ yngwie
Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma has notes of malt, sulfur, wheat, yeast and hint of orange. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, hint of sourness and wheat. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft. Extremely boring and aroma like farts!
