Jan 3, 2006 Hazy brownish-amber hue, with a nice tan-colored head, with a fruity nose, yeasty, oaky and winey accents in the aroma, follows through on a medium-bodied palate with an awful aspirin, cough syrup mouthfilling, with a winey cherryish acidic note, hint of tartiness, with a fruity character, leading towards an acidic winey and alcoholic finish. Far away from a weizen dunkel, closer to an infected beer.

Apr 3, 2005 Huge banana aroma with some light spiciness. Opaque copper-brown with decent and lasting fine-bubbled head that laces nicely. Banana flavour is a touch sour with a strong clove note. Medium-light body with high carbonation that is perhaps a touch aggressive. On tap at the brewpub.
