LadySusan (349), Ste-Therese, Quebec, Canada Aug 26, 2006 Amber color with a short lasting white head. It has a caramel malt taste and citrus hops. It is your standard pale ale very good. Quevillon (1269), Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada Jun 9, 2006 20 oz sur place. Couleur ambrée typique de son style, bon collet. Arome d’houblon faible et amère. Goût d’houblon pas trop fort, arrière goût faiblement amère et rien de plus. Glouglouburp (1876), Montreal, Quebec, Canada May 19, 2006 Of all the regular beer on tap at Réservoir, this is the most pleasant and reliable. A solid but unspectacular pub ale. Orange-copper body with a very little white head. Typical Pale Ale, light caramel touch followed by a nice long hop bitterness after-taste. No funky spices or anything. I can’t praise it for anything but I can’t complain about anything either (besides the disappointingly small head). Good enough to justify a pit-stop on my way to the much superior Dieu Du Ciel. red éric (1379), montréal, Quebec, Canada Mar 9, 2006 Bright amber color, with a white head, leaving lacing, with floral hops, grassy and a piney hop nose, follows through on a medium-bodied palate with an earthy dose of hop bitterness, a display of grassy, leafy, coniferous notes, leading towards an intense lingering piney bitter finish. Lubiere (3153), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Jan 9, 2006 Dark amber ale with a htin off white head. Nice caramel malt and nice floral hops in aroma. Crisp malt attack with decent floral hops in mouth. Medium bodied. A nice classic pale ale. On tap. summer 2005.
